Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has issued an EPC tender worth ₹348.69 crore for the development of the Aishbagh Square Group Housing Project at Mill Road, Lucknow. Executed under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) model, the project encompasses end-to-end scope—from design and engineering to procurement and construction—across multiple land parcels to boost organized residential infrastructure in the city.
